Cotabato City - To facilitate the conduct of the 2007 Census of Population this August, Regional Governor Datu Zaldy Uy Ampatuan of the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM) called for the creation of a regional coordinating board early last July that would oversee census taking in the region.
